Reptile Educational Programs

 FREE Assistance for Firefighters, Police and Paramedics

 
We cannot begin to stress the importance for our Emergency Response personnel throughout our state.  Many of them are well trained in their professions and do a fabulous job to keep our communities safe and peaceful.  However, on occasion there are instances that our local heroes are not prepared for...exotic animals.  This is why we are here.  We offer FREE assistance to our local law enforcement, fire and paramedic divisions for assistance with venomous snakes, crocodilians, large constricting snakes and any other reptile related issues that you feel puts yourself or your teams safety at risk.  For more information, please see our "EMS Assistance" page, or click HERE.
While there are many responsible, caring and educated reptile owners out there, there are a few that behave irresponsibly and recklessly.  Sometimes this behavior can result in the escape of their pet reptile, or even moments where these animals are purposely released because the owner has no desire to care for the animal any longer and doesn't take proper responsibility in finding a suitable home for their pet.  This happens many times with alligators released in local ponds or pet snakes that are free-roaming neighborhoods.  Most animal control agencies aren't properly trained in handling such animals and many local humane shelters aren't equipped to house them.  So what do you do?  You call US!  We will come out to the location and capture the reptile and take it to a responsible and dedicated rescue site where this animal will have proper care and humane treatment.  We work with rescues/rehabilitators across the nation to ensure that these animals always have a home with the best!  For more information, please see our "Rescue/Rehabilitation" page, or just simply click HERE.
